LHA7724
The LHA7724 is a 24-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a maximum throughput of 128 kSPS. It delivers outstanding dynamic performance together with excellent DC precision.
The 2-channel analog multiplexer enables selection between external signal measurement and internal ADC test signals. A dedicated mode shorts input circuits for internal noise characterization.
A fourth-order inherently stable modulator delivers superior low-noise and linearity performance. The modulator output is filtered and decimated by on-chip digital filters to generate ADC conversion results. The digital FIR filter supports data rates from 125 SPS up to 32 kSPS, while the SINC filter achieves up to 128 kSPS. On-chip gain and offset adjustment registers support system calibration. The synchronization input controls ADC conversion timing; a shutdown input places the ADC into power-down mode.
The LHA7724 is packaged in a compact 24-lead, 5 mm × 4 mm QFN. Fully specified operating temperature range: −40 ℃ to +85 ℃; maximum operating temperature range: −50 ℃ to +125 ℃.
