LHA7878
The LHA787X is a family of multi-channel simultaneous-sampling, 24-bit Δ-Σ analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) integrating programmable gain amplifiers (PGAs), internal reference and oscillator. Benefiting from the ADC’s wide dynamic range, scalable data rate and on-chip fault detection monitoring, the LHA787X is widely adopted in industrial power monitoring & protection, as well as test & measurement applications. True high-impedance analog inputs allow the LHA787X to directly interface with resistor divider networks or voltage transformers for voltage measurement, or current transformers / Rogowski coils for current measurement. With high integration and excellent performance, the LHA787X family enables scalable industrial power systems with greatly reduced form factor, power consumption and overall system cost.
Each channel of the LHA787X features a flexible input multiplexer, which can be independently connected to internally generated signals for built-in test, temperature measurement and fault detection. Fault detection routines can be executed entirely on-chip. The device incorporates comparators controlled by integrated digital-to-analog converters (DACs) for trigger level setting. The LHA787X supports a maximum operating data rate of 128 kSPS.
A complete analog front-end (AFE) solution is encapsulated in the LQFP-64 package, fully specified over the industrial temperature range of −40 ℃ to +105 ℃.
