LHA6916/B
The LHA6916 is a 16-bit DAS (data acquisition system) supporting dual simultaneous sampling across 16 channels. Operated from a single 5 V analog supply, the LHA6916 processes true bipolar input signals of ±10 V, ±5 V and ±2.5 V. Each channel pair achieves a maximum throughput of 1 MSPS with 90.5 dB SNR at 1 MSPS sampling rate.
Input clamp protection tolerates up to ±25 V overvoltage. The analog input impedance remains at minimum 1 MΩ regardless of sampling frequency. The single-supply architecture integrates on-chip filters and high-impedance input buffers, eliminating the need for external driver op-amps and external bipolar power supplies.
The device fully integrates analog input clamp protection, dual 16-bit charge-redistribution SAR ADCs, a flexible digital filter, a 2.5 V voltage reference with reference buffer, as well as high-speed serial and parallel interfaces.
The LHA6916 serial peripheral interface is compatible with SPI, QSPI, DSP and MICROWIRE protocols.
