LHA8961DEDB
The LHA8961 is a 16-bit, successive approximation, analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that operates from a single supply (VDD). It includes a low-power, high-speed, 16-bit sampling ADC and a multi-function serial interface port. On the rising edge of CNV, the LHA8961 samples the voltage difference between the IN+ and IN- pins, which typically swing between 0 V and VREF in opposite phase. The reference voltage (REF) is provided externally and can be independent of the supply voltage (VDD). Its power consumption and throughput scale linearly. The SPI-compatible serial interface also enables daisy-chaining of several ADCs onto a 3-wire bus using the SDI input and provides an optional busy indicator. With an independent supply for VIO, the device is compatible with 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3 V, and 5 V logic. The LHA8961 is available in a 10-pin MSOP package or a 10-pin QFN package. The operating temperature range is −40°C to +85°C.
