The LH32M3XX series of MCUs are fully integrated single-package devices integrating high-performance analog and digital peripherals and a 72 MHz ARM Cortex-M3 processor.
LH32M3XX integrates a series of peripherals, which can be configured by software control according to application needs, these peripherals include 1 UART, 3 I2C and 3 SPI serial I/O communication controllers, 4 dedicated GPIOs, 32-unit programmable logic array (PLA), 3 general-purpose 16bits timers, 1 32bits timer, plus wakeup timer (wakeup timer-RTC) and system watchdog timer (WDT).
LH32M3XX adopts low-power ARM Cortex-M3 processor, and the peak performance of 32-bit RISC processor can reach up to 90 MIPS. On-chip PLL supports 72MHz clock frequency.
Integrates two 128 kB Flash memories and one 32 kB SRAM, and the two Flashes support address exchange.
Integrated multi-input 12bit ADC (external 16-channel, 4-channel on-chip), 4-channel 12bit VDAC, built-in temperature sensor and 4-channel analog comparator. At the same time, a 2.5V reference voltage supporting external load (5mA) is integrated.
On-chip factory firmware supports serial program download via I2C.
