The LH32M0S3 series microcontrollers use a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0 core, embedded up to 128Kbytes FLASH and 4Kbytes SRAM, with a maximum operating frequency of 32MHz. The chip provides standard communication interfaces (I2C, SPI and USART), multiple 24bit high-precision ADCs, two 16bit timers, one buzzer driver and screen controller. The LH32M0S3 series microcontrollers support maximum 4x20 LCD and maximum 7x8 LED control. The operating temperature range of LH32M0S3 series microcontrollers is -40°C~105°C, and the operating voltage range is 2.2V~3.6V. The chip provides a series of power working modes to meet different low power consumption applications. LH32M0S3 series microcontrollers are suitable for a variety of application scenarios, such as infrared temperature measurement, high-precision measurement, blood oxygen saturation, sphygmomanometer, data acquisition, industrial control, etc.
